DIRECTOR DECLARATION - NON EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT

Galliford Try, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, that Peter Ventress, currently the Group's Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as a non executive director of BBA Aviation plc, a FTSE-250 listed aviation services and aftermarket support provider, with effect from 1 January 2016.
