Cobham plc announces today that Michael Wareing, Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman at Cobham, is stepping down from his position as Non-executive Director at Wolseley plc at its next Annual General Meeting on 25 November 2014. He will also step down from his role as Chairman of the Audit Committee at Wolseley on that date.
