NOTIFICATION UNDER LISTING RULE 9.6.14
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Lloyds Banking Group plc announces that Stuart Sinclair, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of International Personal Finance plc ("IPF") with effect from 16 March 2020. Stuart will join IPF's Remuneration and Nomination committees. Subject to his election at IPF's annual general meeting on 30 April 2020, Stuart will become Chairman of IPF on 30 April 2020 at the close of that annual general meeting. IPF is listed on the London and Warsaw Stock Exchanges.
