Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), William Hill announces that Ulrik Bengtsson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been proposed for appointment to the board of Raketech Group Holding plc ("Raketech") as Non-Executive Chairman. The proposed appointment will be voted on by Raketech's shareholders at Raketech's AGM to be held on 17 May 2021 and, if approved, will take effect from that date. Raketech is listed on the Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market in Stockholm under the title (RAKE).
