Imperial Tobacco Group PLC25 April 2006 Following the announcement, on 19 April 2006, of the appointment of CharlesKnott and Ken Burnett to the Board of Imperial Tobacco Group PLC, with effectfrom 19 April 2006, the information below is given in compliance with rule9.6.13 of the Financial Services Authority Listing Rules Sourcebook.
