The Board of Flybe announces that it has been advised, pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, that Saad Hammad, Chief Executive Officer of the Group, has been appointed as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of Pegasus Hava Taşımacılığı A.Ş., Turkey's leading low-cost carrier, with effect from 25 April 2014.

 

No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R.
