ROYAL DUTCH SHELL PLC DIRECTOR DECLARATION Further to an announcement made on 9 March 2006 relating to the proposedelection at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of Mr Nick Land as aNon-executive Director of Royal Dutch Shell plc, effective from 1 July 2006,there is no information required to be disclosed pursuant to Section LR 9.6.13of the Listing Rules.Section LR 9.6.13 relates to:1. Details of all directorships held by the Director in any other publiclyquoted company at any time in the previous five years, indicating whether ornot he is still a Director;2. Any unspent convictions in relation to indictable offences;3. Details of any receiverships compulsory liquidations, creditors voluntaryliquidations, administrations, company voluntary arrangements or anycomposition or arrangement with its creditors generally or any class of itscreditors of any company where the director was an executive director at thetime of or within the 12 months preceding, such events;4. Details of any compulsory liquidations, administrations or partnershipvoluntary arrangements of any partnerships where the director was a partner atthe time of, or within the 12 months preceding, such events;5. Details of receiverships of any asset of such person or of a partnership ofwhich the director was a partner at the time of, or within the 12 monthspreceding, such event; and6.
