Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R, Sir Frank Chapman has declared that he is an executive director of BG Group plc, a publicly quoted company. There are no other details to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules in relation to Sir Frank Chapman.

At the date of his appointment Sir Frank Chapman did not hold any shares in Rolls-Royce Holdings plc.
