In accordance with paragraph 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules, Ruspetro plc confirms that on 29 April 2015, Robert Jenkins, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Petropavlovsk PLC, a company listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
