The Company announces that Jane Lodge, Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees of the Board of Directors of Morgan Advanced Materials plc with effect from 1 June 2025.
