In accordance with LR 9.6.14 the Company wishes to announce that Paul Hampden Smith, a non-executive director of the Company, has informed the Company that he will be retiring from the board of Pendragon PLC on 22 May 2016. Mr Hampden Smith is an independent non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Pendragon PLC.
