DCC plc, the sales, marketing, distribution and business support services group, has been notified that Mr. John Moloney, a non-executive Director of DCC plc, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Smurfit Kappa Group plc with effect from today.  

This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
