Pursuant to Rule 6.6.7 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority, Green REIT plc hereby notifies the following in relation to Mr Gary McGann and Mr Pat Gunne, who were appointed Directors of the Company on 3 June 2014:

(a) Mr McGann holds a directorship in Smurfit Kappa Group plc and UDG Healthcare plc.

(b) There are no other details requiring disclosure for Mr McGann or Mr Gunne under Rule 6.6.7 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
