The Company has been advised, pursuant to paragraph 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules, that Mr Les Tench, a Non-Executive Director of Norcros, has also joined the Board of Lupus Capital as a Non-Executive Director.

There are no further changes to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Services Authority.
