Cambridge Cognition, (AIM: COG), which specialises in computerised neuropsychological tests, announces, an update to information disclosed in respect of Mr Nick Walters, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, pursuant to AIM Rule 17.

Mr Walters is a director of Andrew Weir Shipping Limited, which has been placed into administration, and of United Baltic Corporation Limited, which will be the subject of a creditors' voluntary liquidation.
