Further to the announcements made by the Company on 5 September 2017 (RNS Number: 8231P) and 6 September 2017 (RNS Number 9087P) (the "Announcements"), Emmanuel Babeau and Peter Herweck will be appointed as non-executive directors of the Company (with Emmanuel Babeau assuming the role of Vice Chairman) on completion of the combination between the Company and Schneider Electric SE's industrial software business (as described in the Announcements).
