Director Declaration - David Lowden accepts Non-executive Directorship

William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) confirms that David Lowden, Non-executive Director has accepted a position as a Non-executive Director of Morgan Sindall Group plc, the leading construction and regeneration group with a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange.

David's appointment will commence with effect from 10 September 2018, and David will also be appointed as a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees from that date.
