Hibernia announces that Danny Kitchen, Chairman, has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sirius Real Estate Limited ("Sirius") with effect from 24 September 2018. Sirius is registered in Guernsey and listed on the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges.

This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 6.6.8 (2) of the Listing Rules of Euronext Dublin and paragraph 9.6.14 (2) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
