In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, S&U announces that with effect from 1 September 2013, Katherine Innes Ker, Non Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed to the Board of Colt Group S.A. (London Stock Exchange: COLT) as an independent non-executive Director and member of the Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee.
