Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) Micro Focus International plc ("Micro Focus" or "the Company", LSE: MCRO.L, NYSE: MFGP) announces that Karen Slatford, Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Softcat plc as a non-executive director with effect from 5 December 2019. She has also ceased to serve as a non-executive director of Alfa Financial Software Holdings plc with effect from 26 September 2019.
