In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13(1) of the Listing Rules, Brendan O'Neill hasadvised that with effect from 19 July 2006 he was appointed to the board ofWatson Wyatt Worldwide Inc. as a non-executive director. Mr O'Neill is alsochairman of RAC Pension Trustees Limited, and a non-executive director of TycoInternational Limited, Aegis Group Plc and Endurance Speciality HoldingsLimited, a Bermudan-based insurance company.
