Darren Pope, an independent non-executive Director of the Company

Further to his appointment as an independent non-executive Director of Virgin Money Holdings (UK) Plc (Virgin Money) on 1 March 2017, Darren Pope will become Chair of the Virgin Money Audit Committee with effect from 1 July 2017. The appointment follows regulatory approval and an orderly transition of the Chairmanship from the current Virgin Money Audit Committee Chairman.

This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules. 

It is confirmed that the information required to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority remains accurate as set out in the announcements made previously on 7 October 2016 and 19 January 2017, with no additional information to be disclosed.
