Director Declaration

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14 R the Company announces that Anne Stevens, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Harbour Energy plc with effect from 1 April 2021. On 1 April 2021, Harbour Energy plc announced that following the completion of the all-share merger of Chrysaor Holdings Ltd and Premier Oil plc, the group's enlarged ordinary share capital was admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
