In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2), Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company") announces that Douglas Hurt, the senior independent non-executive director and Chair of the Audit Committee of the Company, is to be appointed as an independent non-executive director of Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC with effect from 1 May 2020. In addition, during the course of 2020, Douglas will be assuming responsibility for chairing the Audit Committee of Hikma Pharmaceuticals PLC.
