DIRECTOR DECLARATION

Further to the announcement made on July 29, 2010 concerning the appointment of Mr Guy Elliot as a Non-executive Director of Royal Dutch Shell plc with effect from September 1, 2010, the following information is disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13.

Pursuant to LR 9.6.13R (1) Mr Elliot is currently an Executive Director of Rio Tinto plc and was a Non-executive Director of Cadbury plc from 2007 to March 2010.

There is no information to disclose pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (2) to Listing Rule 9.6.13 (6) inclusive.
