In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Aberdeen Private Equity Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Howard Myles, a non-executive director, has informed the Company that Bilfinger Berger Global Infrastructure SICAV S.A., a company incorporated in Luxembourg of which he is a Director, was admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange on 21 December 2011.
