DIRECTOR DECLARATION

Further to an announcement made on 17 October 2013 relating to the appointment of Phil Bentley as CEO of the Company with effect from 1 January 2014, this notice contains information required to be disclosed in accordance with section LR9.6.13 of the Listing Rules. 

In accordance with section LR9.6.13 paragraph (1) of the Listing Rules, we hereby disclose that Phil Bentley was previously a director of Centrica Plc and a non-executive director of Kingfisher plc. He is currently a non-executive Director of IMI Plc.

No information is required to be disclosed under section LR9.6.13 paragraph (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
