DIRECTOR DECLARATION - NON-EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT

Galliford Try, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R, that Peter Ventress, currently the Group's Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director, was appointed as a non-executive director of Softcat plc, a leading UK IT infrastructure provider, with effect from 1 October 2015. 

The Ordinary Shares of Softcat plc were today admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
