Ferguson plc ("Company") confirms the appointment of Geoff Drabble, Chairman of the Company, as a Non Executive Director and Chairman Designate of DS Smith Plc with effect from 1 September 2020. He is expected to be appointed Chairman of DS Smith Plc with effect from 3 January 2021.
