The Company was notified on 29 October 2014 that the following holding of Ordinary Shares was acquired and is beneficially held by David Macfarlane, the Chairman of the Company:

· 5,000 ordinary shares at GBP 4.23 per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Macfarlane now holds a total of 55,000 Ordinary shares in the Company.
