Director Declaration

A & J Mucklow Group plc (the "Company") announces in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) that Mr Jock Lennox, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Barratt Developments plc with effect from 1 July 2016.

Mr Lennox has also advised that he will not be standing for re-election as a director of Oxford Instruments plc at their Annual General Meeting, due to take place on 13 September 2016, and will therefore be stepping down from the board of Oxford Instruments plc at that date.
