The Company announces that it has been notified that Jonathan Bridel, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited, a company which was admitted with effect from 8.00 a.m. on 3 March 2015 to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities
