Director Declaration

Cobham plc announces that Dr John Patterson, having completed nine years as a Non-executive Director of the Company and Chair of the Remuneration Committee, will stand down from the Board at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 24 April 2014.

Alison Wood will assume the role of Chair of the Remuneration Committee from this date. 

John Devaney, Cobham Chairman, said:
