Pursuant to paragraph 6.6.8(2) of the Irish Stock Exchange Listing Rules and Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) of the FCA Listing Rules, the Group hereby announces that Alex Gersh, Chief Financial Officer, shall be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of Moss Bros Group PLC ("Moss Bros") with effect from 1 November 2017 and Chairman of the Audit Committee from May 2018. Moss Bros is listed on the London Stock Exchange.
