Director's declaration

Further to the Announcements of 3 August 2011, 23 January 2013 and 2 May 2013, and pursuant to Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies (the "AIM Rules"), this announcement contains disclosures under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.

As announced on 23 January 2013 and 2 May 2013 David Francis, Non-Executive Director of the Company, was a Director of Handmade Films Limited and Sequence Films (2012) Limited (formerly Handmade Films International Limited) prior to their respective liquidations. Mr Francis continues to dispute the validity of his appointments to these two companies, which he believes were made without his consent.

Mr Francis has since learnt that he has also been appointed, without his knowledge or consent, to a number of subsidiary companies of both Handmade Films Limited and Sequence Films (2012) Limited (formerly Handmade Films International Limited) (together the "Handmade Subsidiary Companies"), Mr Francis disputes the validity of his appointments to the Handmade Subsidiary Companies. As a result of Mr Francis not being aware of his respective appointments to the Handmade Subsidiary Companies these were not included in the declaration made by Mr Francis in the announcement of his appointment to the Board of the Company on 3 August 2011.
