In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, MITIE has been advised that Larry Hirst, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed independent non-executive director of ARM Holdings PLC with effect from 25 January. Larry will also become a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees.
