Retirement of Audit Committee Chairman Jon Bridel
Jon Bridel, the Chairman of the Audit Committee for TRIG today retires from his position. Jon has been on the Board of Directors of TRIG since the Company's IPO in 2013. The Company's Directors and Managers extend their thanks to Mr Bridel for his significant contribution to the successful governance of TRIG over the last nine years.
John Whittle, who was appointed to the TRIG Board on 1 July 2021, will assume the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee on Mr Bridel's retirement. Mr Whittle is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction, and whose relevant non-executive experience includes being the former Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair at International Public Partnerships Ltd (INPP), the FTSE 250 infrastructure investment company.
Helen Mahy CBE, Chairman of TRIG, said: "Jon has made an important contribution to the success of TRIG and to the robust governance of the Company.
