Pursuant to New Listing Rule: DTR3.1 Invista Foundation Property Trust Limited is obliged to notify the RNS of Director's holdings or interests of the Directors or their connected persons in shares of the Company. The following holding of ordinary shares were all acquired on 30 January 2008 by David Warr, Director of the Company.
50,000 Ordinary Shares at 77p representing 0.014 % of the Company's issued share capital. The shares are registered in the name of Nightwatch Limited a Company wholly owned by Mr and Mrs Warr.
Mr and Mrs Warr are now the beneficial holders of 150,000 Ordinary shares representing 0.042% of the Company's issued share capital.
