On 23rd March 2021, the Board announced the appointments of Rachel Beagles and Damien Maltarp as Non-Executive Directors of the Company with effect from 1st June 2021. Between the announcement date and the date of her appointment, Mrs Beagles purchased a further 34,168 shares in the Company, taking her total beneficial holding to 39,579 shares. The total holding includes the previously announced holding of 5,411 shares held within a family trust of which Mrs Beagles is both a beneficiary and Trustee.

 

No further information is to be disclosed in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13(2) - (6) of the UKLA Listing Rules for Mrs Beagles or Mr Maltarp.
