Further to the announcement made on 24 April 2012 in respect of the appointment of Helen Stevenson as a non-executive director of St Ives plc with effect from 1 May 2012, the Company confirms pursuant to UKLA Listing Rule 9.6.13R that Ms Stevenson has not held a directorship in any other publicly quoted company at any time in the previous five years. There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13R, paragraphs (2) to (6).
