FURTHER RE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT

Kerry announced the appointment of Mr. James Kenny to the Board of Directors of the Company on 10 May, 2011. This appointment will be effective on 1 June, 2011.

The Company hereby confirms that Mr. Kenny has no disclosures to make in accordance with Rule 6.6.7 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
