In compliance with LR 9.6.14R of the listing rules of the Financial Services Authority, we wish to advise that Mr John R Witt, Director of the Company, stepped down as a director of Mandarin Oriental Intentional Limited with effect from 31st March 2010, and was appointed as a director of MCL Land Limited, a publicly quoted company in Singapore, with effect from 1st April 2010.
