Cobham plc announces that Alison Wood, an independent Non-executive Director of the Company appointed in 2011, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of TT Electronics plc, with immediate effect. Alison will also become Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees, with effect from 31 August 2016.
