CHANGE IN DIRECTOR'S PARTICULARS

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Company notes that Gerald Corbett, Non-Executive Chairman, will retire as Chairman of Numis Corporation plc ("Numis") as previously announced and will not be seeking re-election at the Numis AGM on 7th February 2017. The search for his successor at Numis is ongoing and an announcement regarding this will be made in due course. Gerald has agreed to remain in place until a new chairman is appointed in order to ensure an orderly succession.
