Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that Andy Malpass, who is an Executive Director of the Company, is also a Non-Executive Director of Kainos Group plc which has been listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange with effect from 10 July 2015.
