DIRECTOR DECLARATION - NON EXECUTIVE APPOINTMENT

Galliford Try, the housebuilding and construction group, confirms, in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, that Ian Coull, the Group's Chairman, has been appointed as a non executive director of Grainger plc, the FTSE 250 listed residential property owner and manager. Ian will be proposed as Chairman of Grainger at the company's annual general meeting in 2015.

The appointment will take effect from 23 September 2014.
