Phoenix Group Holdings plc (the "Company") Director Declaration

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that with effect from 1 December 2023, Karen Green, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of Great Portland Estates plc, a publicly listed company on the London Stock Exchange. Upon her appointment she will also become a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
