St Ives plc - Director's declaration - Simon Ward
Further to the announcement earlier today in respect of the appointment of Simon Ward as an executive director of St Ives plc with immediate effect, the Company confirms pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13R that Mr. Ward has held no directorships in any other publicly quoted company at any time during the previous five years and that there is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraphs (2) to (6).
