Robin Terrell - Appointment to Dart Group PLC

William Hill PLC (LSE: WMH) confirms that Robin Terrell, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company, has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director of Dart Group PLC, a leisure travel and distribution and logistics group, quoted on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.

Robin's appointment will commence with immediate effect and he will also join Dart Group PLC's Audit and Remuneration Committees at the same time.

This disclosure is made in accordance with LR 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
