Tyman plc, a leading international supplier of components to the door and window industry, notes that in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules, Jamie Pike, Non-executive Chairman of Tyman, has retired from the board of Tarmac Holdings Limited (previously named Lafarge Tarmac Holdings Limited) with effect from 31 July 2015.
